1. General provisions

Per the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, these details are published before ordering.
2. Services, prices and payment
We provide trip planning and travel arrangement services. Prices, payment methods and total cost are shown before confirmation, per the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2021.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel by email at info@entityscop.com before the service starts. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days; supplier fees already incurred may be deducted. Cancellations after the service starts are not refundable.
4. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully and keep booking details confidential.
5. Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed with consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. Users are informed of their rights of access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent; cookies collecting personal data require prior consent.
6. Liability and disputes
Liability applies as set by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2021. Complaints go to info@entityscop.com; unresolved disputes may be referred to a court of Ukraine.
